Shipping Policy
Destination, rate and timing
Delivery within the United States costs $6.95 per order, free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $75.00. Handling takes 1–2 business days after payment is manually confirmed; transit takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Allow 4–7 business days in total; weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Prices and taxes
US sales tax depends on the delivery destination and applicable rules. Before any contract or transfer, we provide a manual final quote identifying tax, shipping and the final amount. The request subtotal is not a tax-inclusive final price; no statewide flat rate or tax exemption is assumed.
Dispatch and delivery problems
We confirm the delivery address before accepting payment. Timing starts only after manual confirmation of cleared payment. Tracking is shared when available, not generated by this form. For loss, damage or delay contact [email protected]; we remain responsible as required by law. No named carrier, guaranteed date or assembly service is promised.
Check the destination before acceptance
Provide a complete street address, locality, postal code and working recipient contact within the stated delivery country. Send corrections to [email protected] with your reference as soon as possible. A saved request is not a booking with a carrier. If the address cannot be served as entered, we explain the issue before asking you to accept or pay; no alternative destination or additional charge is imposed without agreement.
How the free-shipping threshold works
The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal in one accepted order, not to the combined value of separate requests or to shipping itself. At or above the stated threshold, standard shipping is zero; below it, the stated order charge applies. Changing quantities can change the eligibility shown in the summary. Check the final manual offer after any selection change before making payment.
Separate preparation from travel time
The preparation period begins only after the agreed payment has been manually confirmed, not when you first add an item to the cart or save the request. Transit is a separate period beginning at dispatch. Business days mean Monday to Friday excluding applicable public holidays. The combined estimate is a planning guide, not a guaranteed appointment; we do not claim a named carrier, express upgrade or automatic tracking integration.
Access and product preparation
Compare capacity, external dimensions, closure and care instructions with the actual school bag. Do not assume that a lunch box holds liquids, that every bottle suits hot drinks or that all parts are dishwasher-safe. Standard shipping does not by itself include installation, assembly, a room-of-choice service or a timed appointment. If a particular arrangement is essential, identify it before accepting the offer; we must expressly agree it rather than leave you to infer it from the product image.
Missing, damaged or delayed parcels
Contact [email protected] with the reference, expected timing and a clear description of what is missing or damaged. Keep the packaging where reasonably possible and note visible damage; photographs can help but are not a condition of your rights. We investigate the fulfilment issue with the relevant provider and explain the available remedy. Do not pay a second shipping charge or place a duplicate order merely because a parcel is late.
Failed delivery and changes after dispatch
Let us know promptly about an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery or a parcel returned to sender. Rerouting may no longer be possible after dispatch. We first establish what happened and explain any proposed redelivery arrangement; there is no undisclosed automatic redelivery penalty. Returns for an unsuitable product follow the Returns Policy rather than being treated as a lost shipment.
